This time the hilarious story of Scarborough Labour’s Candidate for Hertford & Cayton NYCC division, Sean Rowell, telling potential voters on social media “Don’t Vote For Me” was picked up by widely-read Westminster Scuttlebutt Purveyor, Guido Fawkes.
