Yet Another Parking Ticket Victory

I am delighted to announce that once again I have successfully defended a PCN (parking ticket). This time against the East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) for a PCN issued in Pocklington.

Why the ERYC wasted so much resources defending that which could not be defended is beyond me.

They actually produced a 50-page document for the prosecution.

I would find it amusing if it was not my council tax they are wasting.
