A Letter to the Yorkshire Post (9th January 2014) from  John BRADFIELD – former Medical, Psychiatric & Child Care Social Worker & Tutor, of Harrogate  – which is eminently worthy of reproduction here on the North Yorks Enquirer.

John offers a perspective on the perverse manner in which “whistle-blowers” are treated by institutions whose corporate sense of self-preservation makes them “shoot the messenger” rather than tackle the root causes of legitinmate complaints.

The underlying issue is one of ACCOUNTABILITY – as the Enquirer has been repeating for some time.
