CodHead in prescient form – again. SBC Head of Legal Services Ian Anderson always adhered to his brief – deny everything – regarding allegations that the millions of pounds worth of structural damage to the properties along the harbour side of Sandgate in Whitby was caused by the SBC dredger, dredging beyond its licensed zone in the main channel to open up space for high-revenue deep-water pontoons for the Whitby Yacht Club.
