NYP: Appeal for Witnesses to Flasher Incident in Harrogate
On 1 October 2015 between 3pm and 4pm, hours a woman was walking on her own in the Pinewoods woodland area near to Crag Lane, in Harrogate. She was taking photos on her mobile phone and took the last one at 3.27pm. [No CCTV-footage available].
