At last, a little good news!

The North Yorks Enquirer invites readers to join us in offering hearty congratulations to Scarborough Borough Council’s Deputy Monitoring Officer and Senior Solicitor, David P. Kitson, who reportedly has accepted a new position beyond the tainted reputation of Scarborough Borough Council. We may never know for sure, but friends report that he was simply fed up to the molars with carrying the can for the unprofessionalism of others.
