NYP: Appeal re Scarborough Assault
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred on North Marine Road in Scarborough
It happened outside The Albert public house, North Marine Road at 10.55pm on Saturday 28 July 2018 and involved a 44-year-old man from Scarborough being assaulted.
The man was taken to Scarborough Hospital where he was treated for a fracture to the face. He was later discharged following treatment.
We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident we are particularly appealing for information about a man who was at the scene, who may be able assist the investigation.
The man is described as a white, 6’0″ tall, of slim build, aged between 40 and 60-years-old and was wearing a blue and white polo shirt with blue jeans.
