Dear Sirs,
In any organisation, the tone is set by the person at the top and the team underneath.
If corruption and untruth is rife, one knows where to start looking.
The problem is, these people are usually unelected and each protects the other.
In a company, the shareholders can vote them out – but in a Borough Council???
