Appeal re Scarborough Tyre Slashings

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about criminal damage that occurred on Broadway, Scarborough, after several vehicles had their tyres slashed.

It happened between 10.30pm and 11.10pm on Thursday 27 February 2020 and involved three different vehicles having their tyres slashed. It is believed that two men are responsible for the incident.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. In particular, we are appealing for information from anybody who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area of North Leas and Broadway between the times of 10.30pm and 11.10pm.
