Stakesby By-Election RESULTS
A total of 252 electors of Whitby’s Stakesby Ward (10.48%) may congratulate themselves this evening on having actually elected a Councillor to Whitby Town Council – the first Councillor to be elected by ballot for more years than one cares to remember.
