Episode One

Councillor John BUCKLEY of Newby & Scalby Town Council has kindly consented to the North Yorks Enquirer reproducing his multi-episode account of the appalling shenanigans of his Council during the twelve months since last the Enquirer reported. As the story unfolds, readers will form their own views on how Council Officers can manipulate the truth and fabricate false narratives to conceal wrongdoing and protect themselves (and their often unwitting supporters) from censure or prosecution.
