SBC: Mulgrave By-Election Called
A By-Election contingent upon the casual vacancy arising from the recent resignation of former Councillor Marie HARLAND [Con.] has been called for Tuesday 29th August 2017.
The winner will join the infamous Councillor John NOCK [Con.] in representing the electors of Mulgrave ward.
Anything other than a Conservative victory will negate the present Tory majority at Scarborough Borough Council.
