SBC: Back in the ‘Eye’ Awards
Scarborough Borough Council is back in the Private Eye Annual ‘Rotten Boroughs’ Awards – yet again – this time in recognition of a nice little earner last summer:
This latest ‘gong’ follows a number of appearances in the Eye Awards which, together, have helped to establish the Borough of Scarborough as one of the dodgiest local government institutions in the country.
