IPCC: Appeal For Peasholm Park Death Witnesses

The Independent Police Complaints Commission is appealing for witnesses in relation to the death of Gavin Francis EGAN at about 11:30 GMT on 24th February 2016, in Peasholm Park lake.

North Yorkshire Police has reported itself to the IPCC in regard to the way initial reports were handled.
