It appears that CodHead, too, has heard whispers about ‘sensitive’ information held by Whitby Town Council ‘leaking’ to Scarborough Borough Council. He seems to think that Whitby Town Clerk Pam Dobson – a near neighbour and close friend of former SBC Leader and Councillor Eileen Bosomworth (whose political career ended with the High-Point Rendel scandal) – may have divided loyalties. Before her doomed stint with Marlborough Town Council, Mrs Dobson was Clerk to Filey Town Council. Jobs for the girls?
