CodHead’s first pop at NYCC’s widely abused Extended Schools “Me Too!” Voucher Scheme, through which friends and relatives of those ‘in the know’ (including Scarborough Borough Council) were effectively granted a licence to print money. Vouchers were forged, businesses were tailored to qualify for ‘Provider’ status, and a good time was generally had by all – and not a single head rolled. Treble’s all round!
