The North Yorkshire Police are appealing for public assistance in the search for missing KELSEY COOPER (14) from York (pictured above).

Slim-built KELSEY is described as 5″3′ tall with hair dyed dark brown – much darker than in the picture.

Members of the public who have seen – or believe they may have seen – KELSEY are requested to call 101, quoting reference NYP-12072018-0083.
