Dear Mr Editor,

In response to your latest post could I please refer you to the disgraceful conduct of Huttoft Parish Council? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJ_B4zF_wN4

Two months later neither Councillor Jeremy Webb (blue jacket), former leader and current Councillor East Lindsey District Council; Councillor Stephen Palmer (black jacket), Lincolnshire County Council or any member of Huttoft parish Council have apologised for their appalling conduct.

Is the UK a democracy or a dictatorship?
